Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Jan 22 (ANI): After the alliance between Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress was finally sealed on Sunday, the former released its manifesto for the upcoming elections, in Lucknow. The manifesto featuring images of party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav, was released by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and his wife Dimple Yadav. The politically crucial state goes to polls in seven phases, beginning from February 11.
