At least two Russian commanders were wounded in an attack on the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea fleet in Crimea on Friday, Kyiv has claimed. One of the casualties was said to be Alexander Romanchuk, a Russian general commanding forces along the key southeastern front line in Ukraine.
