MASON, Ohio (WKRC) - A longtime local waterpark is for sale.
There's no sale price listed for "The Beach" in Mason. The listing for the 35-acre site was posted at the end of the park's summer season.
It's been in operation since 1985 with the exception of 2012 when it was last for sale.
Adventure Holdings bought the waterpark for $3 million and invested almost $7 million in renovations.
