Welcome back to another episode of AD's Rx for MD! Today, I want to share my optimized med school study routine with you. In this video, I give you an exact play by play of my routine as well as a few examples of the resources I used. However, I do have an additional video that goes into the specifics of what resources I used. This study routine didn't just come to me right away and I spent a lot of time going through trial and error but eventually I figured it out and I plan to continue using it for my second year study routine as well.

Overall, I want this channel to be a journey for me to reflect on but also to share with all of you! I have an unconventional story and tons of unique experiences that you all may relate to and I can't wait to share. 𝘼𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙈𝙚

I'm a Christian who loves eating 🥙, making music 🎼, and watching sports🏈🏀. I earned a bachelor's of science in Music and a Bachelor's of science in Biochemistry in May 2020. After finishing my undergraduate study, I worked as a Medical Scribe in the Emergency Department! If you haven't guessed by now my favorite color is purple 💜and some of my favorite shows are This is Us, All American and Love is Blind. I am the first in my immediate family to pursue the MD path👩🏽‍⚕️ and there was so much I just didn't know. I've learned so much that I want to share with others like me as well as sharing my inner most thoughts as I embark on this new journey of becoming an MD.
