Billing – Importing Once-Off / Recurring Charges
Hi this is Zac Kibria and in this billing video I will be showing you how to import once-off and recurring charges into your platform.
To import once-off charges click admin tab. Under setup tools click payments. Click the admin tab and then look under import setup tools and click payments. Click to download the provided zip file, open the CSV template, and enter your once-off charge. For the purposes of this video I will be using some data I made up as an example. Next you will want to upload the data file - and to do this click on the browse button and open the file. Finally fill the description box and click on the upload file button.
To import recurring charges the steps are very similar. Click the admin tab and then look under import setup tools and click recurring charge. Click to download the provided zip file, open the CSV template, and enter your recurring charges into the template. For the purposes of this video I will be using some data I made up as an example. Next you will want to upload the data file - and to do this click on the browse button and open the file. Finally fill the description box and click on the upload file button.
