In this video i had to replace some wheel rim centres that had cracked around the stud pattern. The customer supplied some good condition second hand centres for me to weld in. One of the fresh centres still had the remains of the old rim welded on so i used plasma cutter to remove it. I then used the plasma to remove the main part of the broken centres and then the arc air gouger to blast the welds away.
A few cranks where found in the outer rims, theses were ground out and welded up and then the new centres welded in.
