Green Chilies - 10
Yellow Cucumber / Dosakaya - 1 Small
Avocado Oil - 1 Tbsp
Pink Salt - 1 Tsp
Garlic Cloves - 5
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Tamarind - Small Lemon size
For Tempering :

Dry Red Chilies - 2
Crushed Garlic Cloves - 5
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
Chana Dal -1 Tsp

Asafoetida / Hing - 1/4 Tsp( Optional )
Curry Leaves - 2 stalks
