This is Windows 95 build 189 in 86Box. This is a Beta 1/Milestone 6 build which was compiled on 1994-09-21. This is the earliest known build as of the uploading of this video to use Windows 95 branding. One interesting detail in this build I noticed at 8:06 was a reference to build 188, which as far as I am aware has not been mentioned on BetaWiki.
