2 tablespoons of dry active yeast
One cup of warm water about 110°
One quarter cup of sugar
1/3 of a cup of vegetable oil, I used avocado oil
One egg
One
3 to 3 1/2 cups of flour
One additional egg for egg
In a bowl or a stand mixer add the yeast, water and sugar let sit for about 10 minutes till active after the 10 minutes. Add the oil beaten egg and salt, slowly add the flour and mixed with a dough hook in your mixer until smooth dough
Divide the dough into eight equal sections roll into a ball and place on a Grease baking sheet cover with the kitchen towel, Rest for 10 minutes.
Beat an egg for the egg wash to put on top of your rolls before placing them in the top rack of your oven
Bake at 4:25 for 8 to 12 minutes
