The most important thing to a working parent is feeling that their child is safe and happy during each day, and the relationship with daycare can be an emotional one for many people. As a working and commuting mom of 10 years, my kids have both been in childcare for much of their lives.

We have learned a lot of lessons along the way, and I thought I would share a few tips with you all today.
