The International Human Factor Youth Leadership Program, an innovative fellowship designed to expose diverse and talented youth from under-served communities in Miami to social entrepreneurship, human factor leadership, and international experiential learning.

Our motto: Learn. Lead. Inspire. Engage.

Our Class I fellows who travelled to Ghana for nine days last summer. While in Ghana, our fellows spent time at the Human Factor Leadership Academy in Akatsi and experienced numerous historic and cultural sites, including the Wli Agumatsa Falls, Atome Monkey Sanctuary, Kakum National Park, the Independence Square in Accra and the Cape Coast Slave Castle.
