INGREDIENTS
1 large bangus, around 1 1/2 lb
4 medium size tomato, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb size ginger, chopped
2 green chili, chopped
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
foil for wrapping
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat oven over 190C.
In a small bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, green chili and ginger. Add ground pepper and salt. Mix well and set aside.
Butterflied the fish and fill with the tomato mixture. Place fish in the prepared pan and cover with foil
Bake to 190C for 30-40mins
Transfer in a serving plate and serve hot with spicy vinegar or toyomansi for dipping. Enjoy!
