Ingredients:
10 okra ( boil/steam in about 1 cup water for 5-8 minutes)
1/2 oats soak overnight in 1 cup milk or water
1/2 cup raw peanuts
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups plant milk( I used the silk oat milk)
Coconut condensed milk to sweeten or use sweetener of your choice ( agave,dates, etc)
*** can also add other nuts and seeds and even some seasoned gel.
