Dry Fish Curry
Ingredients
Oil – 1 tbl spoon
Tomato – 2
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Grated coconut – 2 tbl spoon
Gingelly oil – 4 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ½ teaspoon
Shallots – 20 to 25
Garlic cloves – 8 to 10
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Salt
Tamarind juice of lemon size
Dry fish (Karuvadu) – 200 grams
