Today I set out to try and catch one of our lesser known Australian native fish, the tiny little mountain galaxias.
I have caught them before with bait, but never on a fly or lure because they're so tiny.
Now before anybody breaths down my back, I did not intentionally drop the poor little fish. Sometimes shit just happens! It fell off the hook. I threw him back and he swam away after I took the photo....he did not argue or complain!
