How to remove a w124 Mercedes speedometer cluster without any tools. As seen in my video, it can be done with just fingers alone. If your speedo hasn't been removed or in a long time, it will be seated very tight and will take some extra pulling force but it can be done with enough pulling force. I hope this video helps others when in a tricky situation needing to remove the cluster and avoid breaking it/the surrounding dash by using screw drivers or special tools etc.
