High carb diet is the main problem in modern lifestyle. Since the activities are very limited and we can improve it in limits so we have to reduce the glucose producing food in our body. The ideal is to increase vegetables and good quantity protein while acceptable fat and reducing simple carbohydrates from the diet. A vast number of population worldwide use Chapati, naan, rice as filler. Usually 8-12 tablespoons are used to prepare a naan, chapati or paratha. In this video I have demonstrated the complete recipe of low carb chapati or paratha in which only 2 tbsp flour is used while rest are vegetables . The simple, cheap vegetables while using only half teaspoon of desi ghee (clarified butter).
This chapati or roti or paratha is low carb which does not spike the sugar level. It is good for reducing insulin resistance, reversing diabetes and related diseases. Good for kidney and heart patients.
