►The first plane carrying British nationals has left Sudan, with two more flights planned overnight.
The UK has begun a "large-scale" evacuation, after a 3-day ceasefire appears to be holding. It's the 4th attempt to stop the fighting - none so far have lasted
The Foreign Office has urged anyone with a British passport and their immediate family members to head to this airfield - just outside the capital Khartoum to board evacuation flights.
The latest conflict has been raging for 10 days now and there's been some criticisms of the government's response.
