Delhi Minor Rape Case: WCD senior officer Premoday Khakha has been booked under POCSO Act for raping and impregnating a 16-year-old minor in Delhi. 'I have directed the chief secretary to suspend him till the investigation is underway and have also sought a report on this by 5 pm today,' says Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi, while reacting to the horrifying act.
