This was intended to be a showcase of all level 11 weapons as well as you can get some juicy closeups of the weapons and it's sure better than playing 47 stages to show them.
This challenge isn't as hard as it would seem, even on the hardest setting (Expert) so for some characters I gave a few joke Items (Jiang Wei with the Poison Orb for example)
