Marks the beginning and end of the meditation.
👉 High-Pitched 10 Minute Bells

A reminder to focus back on the practice; to bring awareness back to your
center; unidentified, impartial & unmoved as the observer of your inner world.
These intervals also serve to be used as you wish for stages of meditation
(such as '8 Limbs of Yoga') e.g. you can use the first 10 minutes for relaxation
& pranayama, the next 10 minutes for a mantra and/or concentration,
then the next 40 minutes for deep meditation... it's up to you 🙏
