Inside my $11 MILLION Dollar Real Estate Portfolio!

I started growing my real estate portfolio when I was just 18. i started during the Great Recession as a car salesman.
Now, i'm a director of 11 dealerships and a dog dad!
Oh... and i'm growing my real estate portfolio...like big time!
It all started with just a duplex.. Then, I bought a 2500 Sq Ft house and it was amazing. i put my heart and soul into it!

Then, in 2016, I built Enterprise blvd. i built this property with $475K. It also made me realize I could grow my portfolio even MORE!

Then, in 2019, I purchased 7 units on my Common Street property! These are beautiful and something i'm very proud of!

Even tho 2020 was tough, we were STILL able to expand my portfolio from 5.3 million to over 11 million!!

Also, a-lot of my properties come with additional land to build even more! For example, my Louisiana Avenue properties hold land in the back to build even more!

Along with all the physical properties I have, there's a ton of land for us to build on! We have big big plans for our Sterlington and Prater road properties! We're talking 47 units and speck homes!

Our Walker properties are old but have a ton of potential! We are renovating right now -so look out for some quality content!
