Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo said that the incidents occurring in the West Philippine Sea are not the ‘sum total’ of the Philippines and China’s relationship.
Manalo also added that the Philippines and other countries in the region have strong links with China on the economic front.
