Stagecoach South East Alexander Dennis Scania N230UD Enviro400 15499 (GN09BCO) is seen at Cheriton on a Route 71A service to Folkestone Town Centre on Sunday 10th September 2023.
Since the closure of Folkestone Garage last week, routes 71 and 71A have generally been allocated double deckers, due to their interworkings with routes 16 and 17. Route 71A is allocated Dover’s older Enviro400’s with one evening journey allocated an MMC. Route 71 is allocated MMC’s due to the workings coming off route 16 services, which is in progress of receiving a batch of new MMC’s.
