You can cycle from Brockley in south London to Forest Hill entirely on quiet streets and protected cycle lanes.
The route is 3.7km long (2.3 miles) and makes use of streets made quiet by historic traffic filters.
The journey takes around 15 minutes to ride, roughly equivalent with the same trip by public transport.
