Today I am making blackberry freezer jam from the Ball Blue Book Guide to Preserving. The recipe is on page 147. This is a quick and easy way to preserve the blackberry harvest! It is so quick and easy that anyone can do this. What I love about this recipe is that it is a great way to take advantage of fresh blackberries, whether harvested at home or from the farmers market. It is also a great recipe to share with others.
Freezer jam is quick and easy, and makes great hostess gifts also. I highly recommend making some of this and trying it out!
