Jello Pie
3 oz. Jello of your favorite choice
⅔ cup boiling water
1 cup ice water
8 oz. whipped topping
Graham cracker pie shell
Dissolve your Jello into the boiling water in a large bowl. Once dissolved mix in the iced water.
Whisk in the whipped topping and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Remove from fridge and pour into the pie crust. Put the pie back into the fridge and don’t cut until at 3 hours have passed. Enjoy this light and wonderful pie!
