In particular, the company is calling for the bill to be amended to offer explicit protections for end-time encryption in this section. It argues that providing such protections cannot be allowed to hamper efforts to catch perpetrators of the most serious crimes.”End-To-End encrypted messaging prevents any outside party from reading the contents of messages. This enables law enforcement authorities to more easily track down criminals.
