In her speech Kristine refers to all the values one is given, taught and shown in a society he/she is born in and how they affect the way we position ourselves. She strongly believes that such practices as giving certain advantages to boys when growing up form the official delegations of many countries that include only or mostly male representatives. Kristinne Grigoryan has three degrees professionally combining Arabic Studies and Law. She has received a diploma in the French language in the field of diplomacy and international relations and is fluent in English, Russian, French, German and Arabic. Kristinne started her career in the National Assembly of Armenia and during her ten years there, she has worked in various positions starting from the Specialist at the Department for Analysis and Improvement of Legislation of the Staff to Assistant to President of the National Assembly for legal affairs; This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
