Witcher 3 - Top 6 OP things and Top 3 weak things.
The Witcher 3 is one of the best games I ever played, but of course it doesn't mean it's perfect. One of the things that could be improved is balancing. Too many things seem IMO too OP, to the point when using them feels like cheating, an exploit or a glitch. I know this is a sigle player game, so balance is not so important, but still I would like the game to be challenging, even thought I used all given tools and not only be challenging, when I do not use this skill, this potion or this decotion.

Summary:
Nr. 1 OP: Delayed Recovery: potion's effect do not run off, expecially Superior White Raffards Decotion, which normally makes you immune to damage for only 3 sec, will last almost forever.
Nr. 2 OP: Protective Coating: increased your resistance by 25%, so if you already have armor with high resistance you can get 100% res to sword strikes and 95% res to monster dmg, so instead of being one shot killed on Death March, you can take 50 hits.
Nr. 3 OP: Superior Blizzard: Not only will enemies be slow down extremely, with full adrenaline points your actions won't use any stamina, so you can spam Whirl or any sign for the effect of the potion
Nr. 4 OP: Superior Thunderbolt: it might be a bug, but this potion will give you 100% crit chance. So if you get swords, gear and skills with crit damage bonus, at lvl 20 you can increase your dps from 1600 to 3200 after taking this potion
Nr. 5 OP: Archgriffin decotion: additionally to your strong attack damage you will take 10% of the enemies current HP. This means that every enemy will die in ca. 20 sword strikes, making normally long and hard boss fights very short and easy.
Nr. 6 OP: many healing potions/skill, but expecially Ekimmara dection: it will heal you, if you damage your enemies, so it's basically a lifesteal. Since in this game it's easyh to outdamage your enemies this dection will make it very easy to stay alive, expecially with the instant deaths.
Nr. 1 weak: Dimeritium bomb: it doesn't stop Caranthir from casting signs, it doesn't stop monsters from using their special abilities, it doesn't do any damage, monsters will just get out of the cloud, I tried this bomb many times, never so any benefit. It's even a disadvantage, because inside the cloud you cannot cast signs.
Nr. 2 weak: Crossbow: while I do not mind it's only use to be a one shot kill under water and getting flying monsters out of the skies, it's seems like the devs wanted this to be use in normal combat, since they gave the crossbow 5 different skills. But non of them is really helpful. A lvl 30 crossbow will do only 1 dmg against and lvl 30 cyclope.
Nr. 3 weak: Aard damage. While this skill is OK, the dmg from shock wave is no help. 200 dmg at lvl 25 is nothing, expecially since it will be reduced by mosnters resistance (lvl 30 Cyclope will be hit for 75 dmg) Still igni is the only damage dealing sign, making a sign only build unbalanced and boring. I wish aard, which is the hardest hittign sign in TWBA to do some good damage. I suggest it's alternative cast be more like rent, where you load up the skill, which takes time, but at least it does good dmg.
