44871 was the chosen steam locomotive to work The Bath & Bristol charter which was steam hauled from Three Bridges & running right through to Bristol Temple Meads. 44871 also ran took controll of the return journey back to Three Bridges.
The location for the sighting of the LMS Class 5MT was Oldfield Park, Seeing this loco around this region of the country is quite a rarity so thought we'd stick around the local area for the capture.
