Ingredients:
1/2 cup small seedless raisins
2/3 cup finely diced glacéed fruit
3 tb dark ru, kirsch
1/3 cup kirsch or dark rum (a whisper)
2/3 cup water
40 ladyfingers (please don’t make your own)
2 eggs
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 cup milks, boiling, with zest of orange
1/2 cup apricot preserves, passed through a sieve
2 cups strawberry sauce
