Grilled sardines recipe is one of the easiest and quick recipe that you can make in 10 to 15 minutes.
With a salsa salad the sardine will take you to a another world of flavor.
Grilled Sardines Recipe Ingredients:
Fresh Sardines: 8 - 10
Tomatoes: 2-3 Medium (Cut)
Onion: 1 Large Onion
Green Chili: 3-4
Garlic Clove : 7-8
Can Tomatoes (Plum Tomatoes): Only the Tomatoes NO Juice
Coriander : Handful
Salt : ½ Teaspoon or to taste
Pepper : 1 tsp
Chili Flakes : ½ tsp
Cumin Powder : ½ tsp
Lemon Juice : 2 - 3 Tablespoon
Olive Oil : 3 - 4 tbsp
Oregano : ½ tsp
Rosemary : 1 - 2 branch
