- Sajal Kishore - Head of Asia-Pacific Infrastructure and Project Finance Ratings and a Senior Director, Fitch Ratings
Sajal’s team is responsible for credit ratings for infrastructure issuers and transactions in the Asia-Pacific region, including owners of airports, toll roads, ports, rail infrastructure, power plants, renewable energy projects, oil and gas infrastructure facilities, or Public-Private Partnership
Sajal joined Fitch in Sydney in 2007 and was previously the Head of Energy & Utility ratings for South & South-East Asia. Prior to joining Fitch, Sajal has worked in senior relationship management and credit roles with various institutional banks including the ANZ Banking Group in Sydney, HSBC in India and others. Sajal has 20 years’ experience covering ratings, research and advising and managing corporate customers across a diverse range of industries and sectors. Sajal holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a MA in Economics from Delhi School of Economics. Sajal is fluent in English and Hindi.
- Anuj Awasthi - Vice President for Operations, Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility
Mr Anuj Awasthi was formerly a Managing Director at Societe Generale heading the financing initiatives for the Global Markets division for ASEAN and South Asia where he worked on developing the banks' local currency bond origination and structuring business. Prior to that, he had held various positions with Nomura, Merrill Lynch and HSBC in a career that spans over 20 years in derivatives, hedging, balance sheet management and local currency financing solutions for corporates and institutions in South Asia and ASEAN.
