In part 1 tutorial you will learn how to design a cylindrical dielectric resonator antenna (CDRA) in HFSS. A very quick introduction has been provided just before jumping to design process. In DRA, different excitation types can generate various modes such as TE, TM, Hybrid modes.The resonance frequency in HEM11d mode has been discussed.
