I began my career in wedding videography as I loved to chase the cinematic craft.

It gave me lots of great opportunities to experiment and make mistakes. At first I was just obsessed with capturing in HD.

Later I realized that brides didn't care about this and were more concerned about the way they looked and capturing their memories...

...I shifted focus and instead concentrated on how I could make their video look timeless like a movie instead of captured by their uncle or cousin with a camera.

The capturing tools were certainly helpful and did give me an advantage but there was always this gap between what I was trying to create and the movies we know and love.

They allowed me to explore different moods and develop my taste for what looked good much quicker.
