I reconnected the cold hose side only since we are in Spring time and are not in need of warm/hot water to do our laundry. So I Temporary removed the special female adapter that goes attached to link & extent the total hose length to flush out my boogie brew water filter. I spoke to Josh Cunnings the CEO of the Boogie Brew Company and he highly suggested/recommended me to take this action to further expand the service/life time of the water filter's life.
