Yes this is 60fps. Thanks FauxWhistle. Suck on this 60FPS Gang, I'm now part of your clan.
This video features a ride on the Philippine National Railways' Metro South Commuter line; Train #1311 bound to Tutuban from Alabang, along the Bicutan-Food Terminal Inc. (FTI) segment in Western Bicutan, Taguig (though Bicutan station is apparently part of Saint Martin de Porres in Parañaque City).
The train used in the trip was Set 4/1 of the PNR 203 Series former EMUs donated from JR East in Japan, hauled by the diesel-electric GE U15C locomotive #921.
Went out with Dirk and Karl to tour a fellow railfan from Malaysia named Kelvin Khew for two days. From Line 1 to Line 2 to PNR MNC. One of Kelvin's reasons to visit was to see the new in bright orange, loco #917, though the loco was being shy for the day (had some adjustments at Caloocan after almost a full month of deployment).
EMU 5 was used for trip series "Metro South Commuter Train 1038/1311," a train plying the Alabang-Tutuban/vv route.
This ex-EMU set was in a configuration of:
#PhilippineNationalRailway
#203Series
#GELocomotive
