This is such an easy muffins recipe that you can whip up on the go. They are moist, buttery and soft, the buttermilk makes them extra fluffy and adds the right amount of moisture and a yummy flavour. Ingredients:
2 eggs
4/5 cup (180 g) sugar
4/5 cup (200 ml) kefir (or buttermilk)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
50 g / 0.11 lbs melted butter
1 1/2 cups (220 g) all-purpose flour
Jam
We baked 12 muffins from these ingredients
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes. Note that baking time may vary depending on the oven being used.
Tips:
If you’re using a silicone muffin pan, remove the muffins from the muffin pan after they completely cool off
