In today’s episode I’m going to introduce you to Tempura Makino. This tempura restaurant chain has locations in Osaka and Tokyo. If you are looking to visit this restaurant, just google and you’ll be able to find it.

Just walking into the restaurant, you’ll smell the wonderful tempura aroma. The batter of the tempura is so light and crunchy. Also has a sweet and buttery flavor, which helps to elevate the item the tempura is covering.

One of the specialty items we got was the tempura egg and tempura cheese. If you get a chance to visit and enjoy a perfectly made runny egg, get the tempura egg. And the mozzarella cheese tempura was the best fried cheese I’ve ever experienced. Tempura Makino is definitely a restaurant worth visiting on your next trip to Japan.
