14 women team processing & cleaning cow intestine and then mixed up with 30 KG various types of daal and cooking intestine haleem.

And we hired a hotel guy to make hotel style tandoori roti to serve with intestine haleem. Whole village people got 2 pieces of tandoori roti and 2 big spoon of intestine haleem.

After finish making tandoori roti and cooking intestine haleem women serve the food to whole village people.
