Development finance - it's pretty confusing right?
Not least of all, how much can you even borrow and how is this worked out. It's not all that simple, well until now.
In this video I explain how lenders work out not only the total facility but also how this is split down into the two sections, the development facility, to cover the cost of your build, and the bridge, which will contribute towards the purchase costs.
