Ludi's Restaurant & Lounge is back! The Filipino diner originally opened in the 1930s in Downtown Seattle and served up beloved dishes like longganisa and their famous ube pancakes until a fire and lease increase forced them to shut their doors in 2019, and the pandemic kept them closed.
