I recently had the pleasure of working with the new Mental Health Support Team in Bromley - one of the topics they are most often asked about is how can parents, and other adults provide practical support to children who are anxious.
In this video wellbeing practitioners Mark Sheldon & Emily Carter share their three top tips for parents/carers whose children are struggling with anxiety. These ideas may also be useful for teachers or other supporting adults. I'd love to hear whether you found these ideas helpful and what you might add.
