Grilled Dhokla Sandwich
Serves- 2-3
Ingredients
500gms Readymade Dhokla
1 Tomato sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 boiled potato, sliced
1 boiled beetroot, sliced
3 tbsp Processed Cheese
Green Chutney
Butter
Method
Cut the dhokla horizontally in two layers.
Place it on the cutting board.
Apply some chutney on the layers.
Now top on layer with tomato, onion, potato and beet root.
Finally grate some cheese on top and top one layers on the other.
Now, apply some butter on the open sides of the Dhokla.
Heat a grill pan and place the Dhokla on it.
Once the Dhokla’s are little crusty and you can see grill marks, take it off the pan.
Serve with chutney & ketchup.
