Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conduct one of the largest inaugural ceremonies, flagging off nine Vande Bharat trains that will establish rail connectivity to religious and tourist destinations in 11 states. The new additions bring the total number of Vande Bharat trains to 34 and will benefit states such as Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Bihar, West Bengal, Kerala, Odisha, Jharkhand, and Gujarat. These new trains include routes like Udaipur-Jaipur, Tirunelveli-Madurai-Chennai, Hyderabad-Bengaluru, Vijayawada-Chennai via Renigunta, Patna-Howrah, Kasaragod-Thiruvananthapuram, Rourkela-Bhubaneswar-Puri, Ranchi-Howrah, and Jamnagar-Ahmedabad, enhancing connectivity to popular destinations across India.
