South Korea's political turmoil deepens. Acting president Han Duck-soo suspended his duties after parliament voted to impeach him over his refusal to appoint justices to fill vacancies at the Constitutional Court, which he says he cannot do without bipartisan agreement. This comes less than two weeks after President Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached for his short-lived declaration of martial law. CNA's Lim Yun Suk has more.
