Steps to fix your device.
1. Remove the four 2.0mm Y screws in the back cover
2. Use a thin pry tool dipped in rubbing alcohol to work around the seam between the back cover and housing until you can lift the back cover away from the housing.
3. Disconnect the back cover ribbon cable
4. Disconnect the two ribbon cables from the motherboard
5. Remove the single screw that holds the motherboard in place then lift it up and out of the housing.
6. Carefully pry up the battery and its frame.
7. Use a thin pry tool dipped in rubbing alcohol to work around the inside seam where the back of the screen meets the housing until you can push the screen out of the housing.
8. Clean the old adhesive from the housing and the new screen.
9. Lay a thin unbroken line of RTV on the ledge of the housing then line up the screen in the proper orientation and press it in place
10. Clean off any excess adhesive that comes out the front
11. Reassemble the watch and test for function then wrap it in a rubber band or put it in a clamp for at least 10 hours to let it dry.
12. Get back to working out 💪
