In this video, we cover the process of using MetaMask and Coinbase to move Luna and UST over to the Terra Money ecosystem. Once there, you can link to Anchor Protocol to borrow funds, deposit in a high yield savings account, and participate generally in the Terra ecosystem.

Note that there are other ways of getting Terra-native tokens from exchanges (I think Crypto.com and Kucoin offer this) which can be sent directly to Terra Station.
