Playing Ultra HD Videos in Windows Media Player - Only Sound No Video: Windows Media Player is playing only audio of Ultra HD Video File , but no video. When i try to play the UHD Video of size 3840x2160 in Windows Media Player, i am hearing only sound but no video.
Note: I have recorded this UHD Video in Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Camera.
Recommended solution: A codec is required to play this UHD Video file. So, download and install codec for your computer or Windows Media Player that can support playing Ultra HD videos. Otherwise download and install UHD Video Player to play the file.
